Julia Esinam Kwamya

quest-for-style-with-julia.JPG

Entrepreneur/Model Julia Esinam Kwamya is a recent graduate from Pepperdine University with a BA in Economics. Since landing in New York, Julia has begun to leave her mark in the big city. Her modeling career began at the young age of 14 but she decided to continue her education instead of pursue her fashion career. During college she worked on the DSW campaign headed by creative director Joseph Cabalquinto and directed by Michael Bernard. She has had the opportunity to shoot with brilliant photographers such as Phillip Dixon (LA) and Joseph Bleu (NYC). Her most recent jobs have included being the House Model to the wonderful designer Malcolm Harris of Mal Sirrah.

Outside of modeling Julia has a knack for business. In the past she has run her own online retail store, gotten her real estate license for NY, as well as helped her dad with his real estate investments.

Her most recent venture is the newest online magazine, UNVOGUE, started by Stylist K. Tyson Perez and herself. With their amazing team of creatives, they strive to help people of all walks of life connect with the fashion world, simply by telling everyone to be themselves. The magazine offers many different fashion ideas but always suggest that you “Take what you will”.

Julia Kwamya certainly has a lot on her plate right now but she would have it no other way. She has a lot to offer and the world can only hope they will see a lot more of her in the future.
